Program Description
What if meaningful therapeutic change could begin in a single session?
In this highly experiential workshop, participants will engage in three distinct approaches to single-session therapy utilizing hypnosis. Through a series of group inductions, attendees will experience these methods firsthand and explore how they can help clients access their own resources, discover new perspectives, and generate solutions to longstanding difficulties.
Each experiential exercise will be followed by a discussion of the underlying principles, structure, and clinical applications of the approach. Participants will explore:
The therapeutic use of exorcism metaphors and rituals
Guided imagery techniques for eliciting change and insight
Variations of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Fast Allergy Cure as a model for rapid therapeutic intervention
Drawing on decades of clinical experience, Rubin Battino presents practical, creative, and often unexpected ways of facilitating change. Attendees will leave with new ideas, concrete techniques, and a deeper appreciation for the possibilities of single-session work.
